Refund Policy

At IIBT Global, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the services and products you purchase from our website. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy provides guidelines for requesting a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for digital products and services, including online courses, educational materials, and subscriptions, under the following conditions:

  1. Online Courses and Digital Products:

    • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that you have not started the course, accessed the course content, or received the digital product.

    • If you access or consume more than 20% of the course material or use the digital product in any form, refunds will not be granted.

  2. Physical Products (If Applicable):

    • If you purchase any physical product through our website, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

    • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  3. Subscription-based Services:

    • If you subscribe to a service or membership, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Refunds are available only for the unused portion of the service if the request is made within 7 days after the billing date.

    • No refunds will be granted for the current billing cycle if you have already accessed or used the service during that period.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Information: Include your full name, order number, the product or service you purchased, and the reason for requesting a refund.

  3. Review Process: Our team will review your request and confirm your eligibility for a refund based on the conditions above.

  4. Approval or Denial: You will receive a response within 5-7 business days outlining whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses or digital products that have been fully accessed or downloaded.

  • Subscription fees for the current billing cycle after accessing the services.

  • Any services or products marked as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase.

  • Gift cards or promotional discounts.

Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds
